MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. oregano
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 can enchilada sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
Flour tortillas
Mozzarella cheese slices

Cook and drain first four ingredients. Mix next four ingredients together and add to meat mixture.

In a 9"x13" pan, make a layer of tortillas, 1/3 meat mixture and slices of cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
