BLUEBERRY TEA CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Nutmeg & sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and lightly fold in blueberries.

Spread butter in a greased 9" square pan. Sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg and granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
