TEA CAKES 
3 tsp. butter or 2 1/2 tsp. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 whole nutmeg, grated
4 c. plain flour
Pinch salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream all together; stir and add flour until dough is stiff. Continue flour knead with hand. Roll out. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
