LO-CAL CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE 
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
5 lg. eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and set aside. Beat egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients into yolk mixture.

In another bowl beat whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar and beat until stiff, but not dry. Fold whites into yolk mixture. Pour into ungreased 9" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 16 slices at 96 calories each.
