Soak fillet in milk about 1 hour. Cover with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (as iced). Cover with onions which have been sauteed until clear in butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, broil until tips are browned. |
