PIMENTO CHEESE SALAD 
1 jar pimento cheese
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
9 oz. Cool Whip

Cream cheese, pineapple, and juice. Add Cool Whip and marshmallows. Let set at least 4 hours or overnight.
