BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong black coffee (or 2 tsp. instant plus 1 c. boiling water)
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl; add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan or 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for oblong pan or 30 to 35 minutes for layer pans.
