MEXICAN SLAW 
1 med. bread cabbage, grated
2 med. carrots, grated
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients together.

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)

Mix all together and pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
