CALICO HAM CASSEROLE 
4 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
4 lb. diced ham
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. dehydrated onion
3 c. bread cubes mixed with 3/4 c. of melted butter

Cook vegetables and drain. Heat 4 cups milk. Mix flour, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire; add to milk. Add 2 cups milk (cold) to above. Add onions and diced cheese to milk, stir until cheese melted.

Add ham and vegetables to milk mixture. Place in 2-3 quart casseroles. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
