CRANBERRY PECAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Cream first 4 ingredients, add sour cream. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Add cranberries and pecans, mix well. Fill greased and floured muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle each with below mixture. 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 24.
