MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. baking potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Half & Half cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Peel potatoes, cook until tender and drain. Beat softened cream cheese with Half & Half in mixer. Add potatoes and blend well, add butter and seasonings. Put into 2 quart casserole, brush top with butter and sprinkle on paprika. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered. Can be made ahead and refrigerated; just bake longer to heat and brown.
