BEEF TIPS - EASY 
2-3 lb. sirloin roast of steak, cut into cubes
1 env. onion soup mix
2 c. 7-Up soda
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Grease glass casserole bowl. Put all ingredients in bowl in order. (I like to add 1 jar of mushrooms on top.) Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Don't peek. Eat over rice or noodles.
