CANTALOUPE SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
2 c. pineapple juice
2 cantaloupes cut in cubes
Salad dressing

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling pineapple juice. Add remaining juice; chill until slightly thickened, fold in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours.
