SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add egg and sour cream. Mix. Combine dry ingredients; alternately add to creamed mixture with bananas, mixing well after each addition. Add lemon juice. Mix. Spoon into well greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
