SOUR CREAM BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas.

Sift together salt, flour, soda and baking powder. Add alternately with sour cream to the banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
