HONEYED SWEET POTATOES 
8 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Whipped butter
Salt

Bake sweet potatoes in oven for 1 hour. Cut potatoes into halves and scoop out potatoes into bowl. Discard skins. Mash and stir in honey and pecans. Season to taste with salt. Pile into saucepan and keep warm. Spoon into serving bowl and top with whipped butter.
