WATERGATE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up
1/4 c. oil
1 box pistachio pudding

FROSTING:

1 box pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
Mix until thick
Add 8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cake mix and next 4 ingredients. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.

Mix pistachio and milk until thick. Add 8 ounce Cool Whip.
