BARBECUED RIBS 
2 racks (about 13 oz. each) baby back ribs
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. maple syrup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to moderate (350 degrees). Spray baking pan with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. Place ribs in pan. Rub with garlic, pepper and salt. Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over ribs. Turn to coat.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Broil ribs 6 inches from heat, turning until caramelized, about 5 minutes. Serve.
