1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. chopped nuts LAYER 1: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip LAYER 2: 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding (pistachio is our favorite) 3 c. milk LAYER 3: 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or Pam a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix crust in small bowl and press into pan. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread carefully over cooled crust. In medium bowl, combine milk, then pudding, beating thoroughly. Pour over Layer 1. Frost Cool Whip carefully over Layer 2. Then top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
