BASIC CREAMED SOUP 
2 c. instant milk powder
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and store in a container. To substitute for one can of condensed soup; combine 1/3 cup mix with 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thick. If desired, add 1 tablespoon butter. Mushrooms, celery, and other vegetables may be added. Add to casserole instead of creamed soups.
