BASIC SOUP STOCK | |
1 lb. meat & bone of any kind 3 c. water Cut meat into small pieces. Add bones and cold water; soak 1 hour. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Chill. Take off any fat and take out bones. Refrigerate broth until used. Serves 2 cups. |
