KINGS ARMS SWEET POTATOES 
3 lb. sweet potatoes (try to use yellow sweet potatoes)
3/4 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft; drain; peel and mash them. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture into the casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. If desired, top with marshmallows for last 10 minutes of cooking.
