QUICK BANANA BREAD 
4 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (4 med.)
1 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, thoroughly combine biscuit mix, sugar, flour and soda. Combine beaten eggs and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients with mashed bananas. Stir in chopped nuts.

Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees 50 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack. 2 loaves.
