NUT BREAD 
1/2 cake compressed yeast
2 tbsp. warm water
3 eggs
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
3 1/2 c. flour
1 whole egg to brush on top
Powdered sugar

Dissolve yeast in water. Cream butter and sugar and eggs, one at a time. Mix thoroughly. Add yeast mixture and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead dough. Divide into 3 parts. Put powdered sugar on wax paper. Roll dough between wax paper about 14 inches long. Fill with Nut Mix.

NUT MIX FILLING:

1 lb. chopped fine walnuts
1/4 stick melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm milk
1 egg

Add ingredients together. If too thick, add a little more milk. Spread on dough and roll dough up. Put rolled dough on cookie sheet. Let raise for 1 hour with wet towel on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
