OATMEAL PATTIES 
3 c. rolled oats
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. ground walnuts
2 eggs

Beat eggs and combine all together. Drop from spoon to form small patties. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Cover with mushroom soup thin with 1/2 can of water. Let simmer of about 1/2 hour. Bake in oven until hot and bubbly.
