MIRACLE DIET SOUP 
1 lg. onions
1 green pepper
1 whole tomato (if canned use 6 oz.)
1/2 head cabbage
Bunch of celery
2 carrots
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Cut vegetables in medium pieces. Cover with water and let it come to a boil. Your soup mix may be added at any time. After soup has boiled for at least 10 minutes, lower the heat and simmer until vegetables are soft,

Miracle soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry. Have as much as you wish and as often as you like at any time of the day. This soup will not add calories, so eat all you want, the more you eat, the more you lose.

This IS the exact recipe I was surfing the web to find. A husband and wife friends of ours swear by this soup! They are both 65 years old and RV full-time so exercise and general movement is not as great as it used to be yet they live a very active and healthy lifestyle. I, too, am in my 60s and RV travel now. I think this sounds great for those of us who are Seniors and still want to eat healthy and look our best. After 12 years of RVing, I have put on a few un-needed pounds so they told me about this Diet. Will start it this Sunday. Also, hope it does well in a Crockpot on low heat during the night so it is ready for breakfast in the early AM. That would be an added bonus also!
