MIRACLE SOUP 
3 lg. onions
1 green pepper
1 whole tomato, can lg. or fresh
1 lg. head of cabbage
1 lg. bunch of celery, or as much as you want
2 lg. carrots
1 c. of rice or beans or chicken (protein)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pkg. mushrooms
1 bunch of cauliflower
1 bunch of broccoli

Cut vegetables into medium pieces. Cover with water and let come to a boil. Add soup mix. Allow to simmer until vegetables are soft and desirable. This soup has minimal calories and can be eaten any time to curve your appetite.
