3 c. cooked zucchini, drained & mashed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 c. milk

Reserve one cup of stuffing mix and 1/2 stick butter for the topping. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Pour on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
