1/2 lb. hot sausage
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Bix Mix

Let sausage reach room temperature. With hands, combine sausage and cheese. Add Bix Mix and blend thoroughly. Roll into marble size balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
