GREEK LAMB AND BEAN STEW 
1 lb. navy beans
1 1/2 lb. stewing lamb
4 lg. onions, chopped
3 lg. bunches parsley, chopped
1 lemon sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cover with water. Cook on high heat 10 hours. Add more water if the mixture gets dry.
