CURRIED CHICKEN LIVERS | |
1 lb. chicken livers (cut in half) 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. curry powder Saute onions and livers in melted butter about 5 to 8 minutes. Add salt and curry powder and 2/3 cup beer or ale. Simmer for another 5 minutes or so. But good. |
