SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. of Italian sausage, hot or sweet
1 pkg. of spaghetti sauce seasoning mix, dry mix
1 med. green pepper, diced
2 c. of grated Mozzarella cheese
1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed
2 sm. cans of mushrooms or fresh
1 sm. onion, diced

Divide the dough in half. Grease hands and work dough out on two cookie sheets. In medium skillet, brown sausage and drain well. Remove the sausage from the skillet and place it in a bowl. Add the seasoning and mix well. Divide into two and place the mixture on the rolled out dough and top with cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll and seal the seams. Lightly grease the top with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Eat it while it's hot!
