ITALIAN HERB BREAD 
1 (14 inch) Italian bread
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. dillweed
1 clove garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch slices. Blend butter, parsley flakes, crumbled oregano, dried dill and minced garlic. Put bread slices together again with butter mixture and spread on each piece. Shape aluminum wrap around loaf in a boat fashion, twisting ends and leaving top open. Spread any remaining butter on top. Sprinkle top with cheese and parsley flakes. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
