VIDALIA ONION PIE 
2 c. Corn Flakes
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. sliced Vidalia onions
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Sprinkle Corn Flake crumbs into the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate. Cover well. Melt butter and saute onion lightly. Pour over crumbs. Beat eggs. Add milk and salt and pour over onions. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
