SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. butter flavor
1 c. sour cream
3 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tbsp. baking powder

Cream butter; add sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

Add flour, sifted with soda and baking powder to the mixture alternately with sour cream.

Add vanilla and butter flavor, beating well.

Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan for a few minutes before removing. Wrap in foil while hot.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

1. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

2. Serve with your favorite ice cream.

3. Slice thin and microwave high 20 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
