ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. olive oil
Parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Discard soup mixture. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until golden. Place on platter and garnish with parsley flakes. Serves 8.
