EASY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin

Combine fruits with sugar and stir over low heat until sugar is melted. Then cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes until clear and thick. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Seal at once.
