WINE BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar
8 chicken breasts

Mix ingredients together. Bake in 2 quart casserole at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add flour to thicken if needed.
