MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork or bulk pork sausage
1 egg
1 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1/2 to 1 sm. onion, minced
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf. For grease-free baking, place meatloaf on 2 slices of bread in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees or 1 hour. 6 servings.
