HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
2 c. bananas

Mix egg and oil together, beating well. Mix dry ingredients together then add to egg and oil mixture. Beat well. Add pineapple, nuts, and bananas last.

Bake in 13 x 9 pan at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (May use layer pans.)

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Put on COOL cake.
