STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 red, yellow or green peppers
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. ground walnuts
2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
2 carrots, shredded
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic powder
Mrs. Dash Spicy to taste
Vege-Sal to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
Spaghetti sauce

Wash and core peppers. Mix all other ingredients together except spaghetti sauce. Stuff peppers, place in baking dish; cover peppers with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until peppers are done.
