PASTA STUFFED PEPPERS 
1/2 lb. sm. pasta
1 sm. chopped onion
Dash black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
Dash crushed red pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 slices diced bacon
1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Cook pasta. Wash green peppers, cut off tops, remove seeds. Steam 5 minutes until tender. While pasta and peppers cook, fry bacon with onion. Add ground beef, stirring until browned. Stir in basil, black and red peppers and tomato sauce, combining well. Drain pasta well, stir into meat mixture. Place peppers into oiled, flat baking dish. Fill with meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
