STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green or red peppers, cleaned out

MEATLOAF MIXTURE:

1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
Chopped onion
Tomato sauce to taste

Fill peppers with meatloaf mixture. Do not pre-cook peppers. Spoon more tomato sauce over each pepper in baking pan and add enough water to bottom of pan so peppers will not burn. Place in 325 degree oven and bake for 1 hour or about 15 minutes more if they need it.
