TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Frito corn chips
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Black olives (optional)
10 inch pie shell (I use thawed deep dish)
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer 5 minutes. Crush 1/2 cup corn chips and put in bottom of pie shell. Pour ground beef mixture over chips. Spread 8 ounce sour cream over beef. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar. Crush more corn chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
