SAUERKRAUT SOUP 
1 lg. sliced onion
1-2 c. pork loin, diced and add bone
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. sauerkraut
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. caraway seeds
8 c. beef soup stock
2 tbsp. cornstarch, to thicken

Simmer first 3 ingredients for 20 minutes. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bring to a boil and add the cornstarch.
