HEARTY POTATO - SAUERKRAUT SOUP 
4 c. chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1 (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. potato, cut into cubes
2 med. carrots, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 lb. smoked polish sausage, cut into cubes
1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put all in crockpot. Sprinkle 2 crisp fried bacon strips and 2 hard boiled eggs on top when done.
