CARAMEL FIESTA SALAD | |
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans 1/2 c. Italian dressing 1 head shredded iceberg lettuce 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, diced Tortilla chips 1 can (15 oz.) dark red kidney beans 1 (15 oz.) pkg. smoky cocktail sausages 4 green onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1 avocado, peeled & sliced Drain and rinse beans, place in a bowl and pour 1/4 cup dressing over beans. Chill. Slice sausages lengthwise and brown in frying pan. Make a bed of lettuce in salad bowl. Add onions, cheese and sausage to beans. Spoon onto lettuce. Ring with tomatoes and chips. Top with avocados add remaining dressing. |
