ZITI LASAGNA 
1 lb. ziti
1 lb. ground meat
15 oz. Ricotta
8 oz. Mozzarella
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley (optional)
29-36 oz. tomato sauce (homemade, Ragu, Prego, etc.)

Cook ziti. Meanwhile - brown ground meat. Remove from heat. Stir in Ricotta, beaten egg, Parmesan and parsley. Combine cooked and drained ziti, meat mixture and half tomato sauce in large pan or bowl. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Recipe can be divided into two 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pans and freezes well. Reheat in oven or microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
