CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE | |
4 or 5 chicken breasts, deboned and split 8 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. milk Butter large casserole dish and arrange chicken in dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle crushed stuffing mix over all. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. About 8 to 10 servings. |
