CAULIFLOWER BAKE 
1 med. head cauliflower, cooked
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Add salt and pepper to tomatoes. Cook rapidly until most of the liquid has evaporated. Pour over cauliflower in a greased shallow baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
